How to Create Bill of Materials (=BoM)?

1. Go to Menu: MRP ->Bill of Materials ->Click in “Create” (complete all necessary data)

we have total 3ways to create BoM:

1.) can click "Create" to add BoM step by step

2.) can click "Duplicate" or go BoM inside click "Copy" to get previous BoM file, and update to new one

3.) can import by Excel file.

2. Steps for Create BoM:

>>> BoM Fields explanation:

1.) Name: this is for user to clearly know which BoM, we can put season+style or sequence number, it depends on users.

2.) Product: is the style which you want to add BoM, and BoM shoe picture will comes from Product. (all Product need to be added before create BoM)

3.) Notes:  is for Brand/Customer, will show at the first line of BoM files.

4.) Extra Information: is the BoM files header. if future need to add more, then can self add "Custom Field".

5.) Lines: is to complete the materials line by line, if no results found by dropdown list, then need to add into settings firstly. (below will show steps for each field settings)

6.) Save: to save the data.

7.) BoM Files: is to print BoM files by PDF or you can download/save report as well.

8.) Attachments: if any. (if you have any files need to be keep record, then you can attach it)

>>> Field add/settings:

1.) Product: go to menu Product -> Product ->Click in “Create” (complete all necessary data)

2.) Season: go to menu Settings -> Custom Field -> Title=Season季度 -> Selection -> to add new one, remember to have " ,  "between seasons.

3.) Component: go to menu Product -> Configuration -> Product Component -> Click in “Create” or copy previous one (complete all necessary data)

4.) Placement: go to menu MRP -> Configuration -> Placement -> Click in “Create” (complete all necessary data)

5.) Material: go to menu Material -> Material -> Click in “Create” --> Material Type & Description is mandatory field, the others is optional

6.) Supplier: go to menu Material -> Configuration-> Material Supplier -> Click in “Create” (complete all necessary data)

7.) Finishing: go to menu MRP -> Configuration-> Finishing -> Click in “Create” (complete all necessary data)
